Implementation

Implementation is the phase where BD technologies move from controlled environments to real-world conditions. Through selected sector partners, we integrate our architectures into existing infrastructures, validate performance, and collect operational data. This phase is essential to prove robustness, scalability and industrial relevance.

In parallel, BD establishes the dedicated NewCo around the technology: defining governance, operational structure and market positioning. Implementation is not deployment for its own sake—it is the transition from research to an operating industrial asset.
